Movement Fundamentals is an out of network provider. This means you will pay us directly for your physical therapy. We can provide you with a "superbill", which has all the information you need to file directly with your insurance company for reimbursement for your treatment. Movement Fundamentals DOES work with worker's compensation and personal injury clients.

Yes! Yoga classes with Movement Fundamentals are focused on learning, appreciating, and experiencing the body from the inside out. There is no pre-requisite for this.
