Refund Policy - the basics
If you scheduled a yoga class through our scheduling system and need to cancel for any reason, you will be provided with a full refund. If you schedule a PT appointment through our scheduling system, we kindly request that you provide 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment. Because that spot is reserved for you and unable to be booked by another person, we charge a $25 cancellation fee for last minute cancellations.
